Description

Adjika is a gostra Abkhaz seasoning, which will become a wonderful addition to the rich variety of herbs. The sumish is made from red pepper, chasnik and other spices.

These creations are attributed to the Central Asian shepherds, who gave their sheep salt to make the stink more active or the grass to gain moisture. When it was time to finish the journey, the rulers of the sheep gave the shepherds a sum of salt and red pepper, so that they would not hire them or themselves. The shepherds got around this trick by simply adding spicy herbs that grew in high altitudes. The head itself was called apirpil-dzhika or pepper sal. Years ago she got her nickname.

What is the formation of Georgian adjika?

We are proud to say that we prepare it ourselves, using the freshest vigor, absolutely natural herbs and spices, without any wasteful extras or additives. The aroma retains its aroma and fully reveals the taste of the ingredients during preparation. Adjika is made up of 70% seasoning, 20% red pepper, 5% salt and 5% herbs. Among the spices that are added to the base, you can find:

  • coriander;
  • basil;
  • thyme;
  • crep;
  • marjoram;
  • fenugreek;
  • bay leaf.

How can you get this Georgian seasoning?

Adjika can be used as a concentrated seasoning during the preparation of marinades and soups, or added during the pickling process or during the preparation of meat herbs. It wonderfully complements vegetable salads and enhances the aroma and taste of tkemali sauce.

Varto vrahovuvat, if you want to add hot seasoning, then buy this warto if you don’t have problems with poisoning or gostrykh sickness of the intestinal tract. Because of its very hotness and its value, adjika absorbs the secretions of the slug juice and stimulates the pickling process.
