Activation of purine receptors is followed by oppression of entry of calcium ions into cells, is shown by anti-ischemic, membrane stabilizing action, antiarrhytmic effect.

Molsidominum and its active metabolites SIN 1 and SIN 1A by release of nitrogen oxide promote expansion of coronary vessels. Unlike organic nitrates to medicament the accustoming does not develop. Molsidominum shows positive influence on indicators of a system hemodynamics, reducing load of a myocardium. Blocking synthesis of phospholipases of platelets and activating prostacyclin synthesis by a vascular wall, Molsidominum shows antiagregantny properties.

Folic acid takes part in a set of metabolic processes. Participation of folic acid in transformations of a gomotsistein is especially important. Reducing the level of a gomotsistein, folic acid shows anti-atherosclerotic action. Stimulating exchange processes in a myocardium, folic acid improves its functional activity.

in the conditions of coronary insufficiency medicine shows the power keeping effect due to decrease in need of a myocardium for oxygen. Advokard reduces quantity of a lactate in a myocardium, the activity of membrane-bound phospholipases oppresses, prevents structurally functional damage of membranes of cardiomyocytes, provides constancy of quantitative and qualitative structure of lipids of membranes.

Advokard improves a coronary blood-groove, increases tolerance to physical activity, reduces the frequency and expressiveness of attacks of stenocardia.

Indication

as a part of complex therapy ibs (stable angina of exertion and rest, prevention and stopping of attacks of stenocardia).

Use

Pill of an advokard is taken sublingual, kept under language before full resorption. a single dose — 10–90 mg 3–4 times a day irrespective of meal. the course of treatment makes 20–30 days. at a stenocardia attack the medicament is taken on 1–3 tablets. the maximum single dose — 3 tablets on 30 mg or 9 tablets on 10 mg. the maximum daily dose makes 400–600 mg.

Contraindication

Individual hypersensitivity to medicine ingredients. it is not necessary to appoint advokard at collapse and shock, an attack oh, a craniocereberal injury, during pregnancy and feeding a breast. clinical experience of use of medicine for children is aged younger than 14 years is absent therefore it children can appoint more senior than 14 years only.

Side effects

Headache, hypotension, nausea.

At patients of advanced age the hypersensitivity to medicament is possible

therefore treatment at them there begin with a dose ½ tablets 3 times a day. at normal tolerance of medicine pass to application in usual doses.

Interaction

At the combined application of an advokard with antihypertensives (including nitrates) note strengthening of their action. the concomitant use from a sildenafil is not recommended by citrate as development of hypotension is possible.

Overdose

Overdose is followed by a headache, dizziness, a disorder of vision. in these cases the use of caffeine or kofeinsoderzhashchy means is shown.
