Cream "Advantan ^® " is applied at the following indications:

• atopic dermatitis (neurodermatitis, endogenous eczema);
• real (true) eczema;
• simple contact dermatitis and allergic contact dermatitis;
• disgidrotichesky eczema, children's eczema.

Structure

Active ingredient - Methylprednisolonum atseponat (1 g of cream contains 1 mg of Methylprednisolonum atseponat).

Excipients: decyloleate, glitserol monostearate of 40-55%, alcohol cetostearyl, solid fat, softizan-378, polioksil-40-stearate, glycerin of 85%, sodium edetat, benzyl alcohol, butyl hydroxytoluene, water purified.

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to Methylprednisolonum to an atseponat or to any other component of drug;
• tubercular and syphilitic processes in the field of putting drug;
• viral diseases (for example chicken pox, shingles), a rozatsea, perioral dermatitis, skin cankers, ordinary eels, atrophic dermatitis, skin reactions after an inoculation in the field of putting drug;
• a disease of skin, followed by bacterial or fungal infections.

Route of administration

Children

Are not present data on safety of use of cream "Advantan ^® " to children to 4 months. Before use children aged from 4 months up to 3 years are recommended to consult with the doctor. At cream use "Advantan ^® " for treatment of children aged from 4 months is not present need for dose adjustment. Use duration to children in everyday occurences should not exceed 4 weeks. "Advantan ^® " children cannot apply cream under an occlusive bandage. It is necessary to remember that diapers and diapers can cause the same action as an occlusive bandage.

Overdose

In cases of developing of the skin atrophodermia connected with overdose in ​​ a case of topical administration of drug, treatment it is necessary to stop. As a rule, symptoms regress within 10-14 days.
