• Treatment of schizophrenia.
• Treatment of moderate and heavy maniacal episodes of bipolar disorder of the I type.
• Prevention of new maniacal episodes at the patients who already transferred these episodes and which were exposed to treatment of an aripiprazol.

Structure

Active ingredient: aripiprazol;

1 tablet supports an aripiprazol - 10 mg.

Excipients: attracts (E 421), krospovidon, povidone, indigo varnish (E 132), magnesium stearate.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to an aripiprazol or to any other component which is a part of drug. Phenylketonuria.

Route of administration

Tablet is applied the adult inside.

Schizophrenia. The recommended initial dose of medicament makes 10 or 15 mg of 1 times a day irrespective of meal. The maintenance dose makes 15 mg a day. An effective dose - from 10 to 30 mg a day. Increase in efficiency of medicament at use of a dose more than 15 mg is not shown though some patients, perhaps, need in higher dose. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 30 mg.

Prevention of repeated maniacal episodes in bipolar disorder of the I type. For prevention of maniacal episodes at the patients receiving aripiprazol as monotherapy or at combination therapy, treatment should be continued in the same doses.
